Here are three strategies to help your teams take a deliberate approach to navigating this turbulent time:
1. Desired Outcomes: Get clear now on the story you want to tell about your team when this is over. Make time to have a collective conversation and discover what’s most important to you during this crisis.
2. Structure & Team Culture: Take an inventory of your current ways of working that can serve as anchors, get creative in adopting new ones tailored to dispersed team, and be intentional about connecting personally.
3. Hidden Strengths: Tap into the innate abilities of each of your team members that may not normally shine through and are invaluable assets during this time. Visionaries can lead brilliant brainstorms. Heart-led leaders will naturally place people at the center. Action-oriented members will keep you both grounded and moving forward.
